🏝️ Things to Do in El Nido

1. Island-Hopping Tour A (The Most Famous One!)

Cost: PHP 1,200-1,500 per person (plus entrance fees)

Time Needed: Full-day trip

Stops Included:

  • Big Lagoon – Unreal blue water, perfect for kayaking

  • Seven Commandos Beach – White sand & palm trees everywhere

  • Secret Lagoon – Hidden gem through a small cave entrance

  • Shimizu Island – Great snorkelling spot

Tip: Bring water shoes & dry bags to keep your stuff safe!

2. Las Cabanas Beach & Zipline

Cost: PHP 500 for the zipline

Time Needed: 2-3 hours

My Experience: The zipline takes you across the water from one island to another—so much fun!

Tip: Get there early to grab a good sunset-viewing spot!

3. Taraw Cliff Canopy Walk

Cost: PHP 400 per person

Time Needed: 1 hour

My Experience: Incredible panoramic views over El Nido town! The climb isn’t too hard, and it’s completely safe with a guide.

Tip: Wear good shoes—it’s rocky at the top!

💡 Would I Recommend? YES! El Nido is an adventure paradise—there’s no way you’ll get bored here.

💡 Tips & Recommendations – What I Wish I Knew Before Visiting El Nido

  • Island-hopping tours sell out fast – Book at least a day in advance!

  • There are frequent power cuts – Some places run on generators only.

  • Expect boat transfers to be wet – Bring a dry bag & wear waterproof sandals.

🔄 What I Would Do Differently Next Time

  • I’d stay at Lio Beach—less crowded and still beautiful.

  • I’d do a private island-hopping tour for a more relaxed experience.

🌟 Final Thoughts – Is El Nido Worth Visiting?

1000% YES! If you love adventure, El Nido is one of the most beautiful places in the Philippines. The island-hopping alone makes it worth the trip, and the beaches, sunsets, and nature are unreal.
